First off, let me just say that I had no idea that this happened, which is why I am mentioning it now. For those who do not know this, Lucasarts, has been shutdown by Disney. Which means that the two games Star Wars 1313 and Star Wars: First Assault, and maybe future popular games that never saw creation. I am as sad as all you Star Wars fans may be, but we cannot let Lucas Arts die in vain, we must be strong, as these are dark times in the Star Wars universe.
Lucas Arts, a era when Star Wars fans could enjoy good quality Star Wars games, R.I.P.

Obi-wan (Ben) Kenobi Tribute
This is for Obi-wan Kenobi, one of the best Jedi ever known in the Star Wars Universe. From being a Padawan in Episode I and fighting Darth Maul who had a double bladed lightsaber, to being a Jedi Knight in Episode II and fought both the bounty hunter Jango Fett, and Count Dooku, to being a Jedi Master in Episode III who earned a seat on the Jedi High Council and fighting Count Dooku, General Grievous, and his own Padawn, Anakin Skywalker, and even survived Oder 66/ the Great Jedi Purge, to being a mentor to Luke Skywalker in Episode IV and fought Darth Vader and sacrificed himself to save Luke, Leia, Chewy, Han, and the two droids so that they could escape, and becoming a Force Ghost (which is rare to Jedis) and even helped Luke blow up the Death Star, and there is still so much more that he is awesome for. So, in tribute to Obi-wan (Ben) Kenobi, I present to you this video made by afrosmaximus:

Happy 4th!/ Star Wars Monthly News
Happy 4th everyone! First off I have some bad news to all you prequel move lovers. I researched around the web and found out that the upcoming Star Wars: Battlefront reboot game that we all have been wanting so much might not include anything to do with the prequel trilogy and just focus on the original and new movies. This struck me very hard as I myself am a prequel fan with the Clone Wars. But this could change, since the developers haven't confirmed it yet. Also on SWBF, an article from Gameranx.com has reviled that SWBF's release date may be delayed. It is said that it will come out in summer 2015, but since Episode VII will come out in December 2015, that might cause the game to also be released sometime around the movies release. But until they have finally confirmed it, stay tuned on more SWBF news.
On other news, Harrison Ford (A.K.A. Han Solo) broke his leg on the door of the Millennium Falcon during the shooting of Episode VII, producers say that ''Harrison is doing well and is looking forward to returning to the set soon''. So lets all hope he gets better soon. Until next time, stay tuned for more Star Wars Monthly News!
